UV DTF Foil Press solution is an advanced technology that uses digital technology to process patterns and print them using the hot stamping process. In this process, the waste removal process is a crucial part. The waste removal process refers to the separation and cleaning of unwanted waste in the printing process to ensure the quality and effect of the final print.

Waste disposal scheme

The engineering of the waste disposal process is that the side of the A film that needs to be printed has its own adhesive layer, and the scroll system behind the printer first tears off the protective film of the A film.

That is, there are 2 layers of A film here, and the machine tears off the protective layer of A film while printing

Because this A film comes with adhesive layer, the pattern is printed directly on the adhesive layer, there is no need to spray glue on the A film with the nozzle of the print head.

Color distribution and printing order of print head: white ink W→ Color ink CMYK→ Glossy oil → Foil Glossy oil (total 4 heads)

After the pattern is printed, the front end of the printer will directly cover the A film with A waste film (to remove the glue in the blank position of the A film).

Remove the printed A film from the printer (at this time, there is A waste film on top of the A film).

Tear off the waste film, and at the same time will tear off the glue layer in the blank position of the A film. (We don't show it in our videos,

Apply Foil to A film with a 65cm Laminator

Then, use A laminating machine to overlay the B film on the A film

The above need to be coated twice, the first is a gold film, the second is a B film

In this scheme, the consumables required are as follows:

① A film with adhesive layer (roll)

②CMYK ink, white ink, gloss oil, hot stamping gloss oil

③ Waste film (volume)

④ Hot stamping film (roll)

⑤B film (volume)
