1. The Printer ink should be stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight, and do not share the same strip with household appliances. Ensure voltage stability, and install a voltage regulator if necessary.

2. When the device uses RIP Software to draw, be sure to turn off the firewall of the computer, often check whether the storage space of the computer is sufficient, and at the same time, the unused atlas files in the computer should be cleaned up in time to make full preparation for the next printing.

3. In the case of no high requirements for print quality, you can print with more than 4pass mode, which has the least loss to the equipment and can also extend the service life of the print head

4. Keep the temperature and humidity as constant as possible in the operation room. The appropriate temperature for the printer is about 20-35 degrees Celsius, and the humidity is about 35-65%.

5. Pay attention to dust indoors, can not be put together with the machine prone to smoke and dust, and the equipment should be wiped and cleaned before and after use.

6. It is not recommended to use poor quality inkjet ink, because poor ink is easy to damage the nozzle.

7. The printer is strictly prohibited to place debris, each time before printing must be timely clean the sprinkler car and the debris in the printing table, so as not to scratch the nozzle

8. Each printing work must first print a test strip, to ensure that all the nozzle can normal inkjet, before the start of the daily printing task

9. Timely observe whether the ink in the main ink barrel of the flatbed printer is sufficient, in case the ink is finished and the ink tube enters the air, causing the nozzle to be empty

10. The ink stack pad and scraper should be cleaned once a day, and the surface should be checked for damage

11. Lubricate the machine rail once a week to prevent wear of the slide

12. The ink tank of the White ink, should be cleaned every three months to prevent too much sediment in the ink pot, resulting in damage to the nozzle

13. If the machine is not used for 3-7 days, it is necessary to pour moisturizing liquid on the ink stack to keep the bottom of the print head moist.

14. If the machine is not used for 7-30 days, it is necessary to drain all the ink inside the ink pot, pipe, and print head, and then inject moisturizing liquid into the pipe and print head, and pour a small amount of moisturizing liquid into the ink pot. Keep the entire ink supply system wet.

15. It is strictly prohibited to mix different brands of ink to prevent chemical reactions from blocking the nozzle. If you want to replace other brands of ink, you must thoroughly clean the entire ink supply system and the inside of the ink pot pipeline print head with pure water.

16. In the printing process, it is found that the nozzle ink is broken or oblique spray, and it should be hung and cleaned in time

17. In the printing process, every 2-5 hours, use a special cleaning solution to clean the ink remaining on the nozzle surface to prevent the ink on the nozzle surface from blocking the nozzle hole after a long time of solidification.

18. To replace the new ink sac on time, under normal circumstances, the ink sac needs to be replaced once every 3 months

19. When shutting down, first turn off the control software, and then turn off the main power switch to ensure that the car returns to the normal position, and ensure that the print head and ink stack are completely closed to avoid blocking the print head.
