Vision 6503 UV DTF - Spray process

Zhengzhou Vision Digital Technology announced the launch of its innovative UV DTF hot stamping process, which has injected new vitality and possibilities into the digital printing industry. Add a nozzle, that is, the fourth head, to achieve the bronzing process. Hot stamping process, there are 2 schemes, spray glue process and waste disposal process, the main push spray glue process

Spray scheme

Above the A film of the glue spraying process, there is no glue layer, and the scroll system behind the printer will tear off the protective film of the A film in advance (that is, there is A protective film above the A film, and during the printing process, the protective film is torn off and printed. like below inkjet printer showing)

Transfer A film to the digital printer's working table and print in the following order:

Glue Glue→ White ink W ink→ Color ink C M Y K → Glossy oil or Varnish→ Foil Glossy oil

After the pattern is printed, the front end of the digital printer is directly covered with a hot stamping film.

The roller at the front will print the gold film on the design.

In here, glue and white ink share the same nozzle.

At the end of the printing process, remove the A film (+ gold film) that has been completed and cover the B film with a laminator.

This foil printing solution, consumables required:

① A film without glue: A film---- 60cm*100m/roll

② Glue Glue, CMYK ink, white ink, gloss oil, hot stamping gloss --------1 kg/ bottle

③ Gold Foil or silver Foil (roll) -------60cm*200m/ roll

B Film-------60cm*200m/ roll
