Maintenance of DTF Printer’s White ink Print head

1. Maintenance of print head                                             

In order to keep the white ink print head in good condition,it is necessary to cover the white ink pad with pure water after printing and then you can turn off the machine.

2. Maintenance of machine                                            

Step 1:Wipe the blade regularly , clean the ink bin and ink pad around.

Step 2:Discard waste ink from waste ink bottles regularly

Step 3:If you do not use the machine for a long time, you need to pour out the ink and replace it with moisturizing liquid.

• Within half a month, you only need to pour out the white ink and replace it with moisturizing liquid, and transition the moisturizing liquid to the print head.

• For more than half a month, the white ink and color ink need to be poured out and replaced with moisturizing liquid, and transition the moisturizing liquid to the print head.

• In order to prevent the ink pad from leaking moisturizing liquid, it is necessary to cover the two ink pads with a layer of plastic wrap before filling with moisturizing liqui.

• After the completion of the above steps, the machine is reset and the printer protective cover is covered ,then you can power off the machine.

Note: After a long machine halt, it is necessary to clean the machine with pure water three times or more before pouring the new ink. If the ink is not clean and contains moisturizing liquid, it will affect the quality of the ink, resulting in: ink flow, running water and the ink is not solid enough.
