The RAY-JET 6504 DTF PRINTER is used for the production of polyester and polyester blends. This technology consists of specialized Water-based Pigment Ink, unique PET Film, and TPU Powder, allowing this combination of materials to be used to create images that can be transferred to any cloth (except carpet, flocking cloth).

Workflow: 

Print the TPU powder on the PET Film, the powder shaker evenly spreads the TPU powder on the PET Film after printing, press it on the cloth, complete.

The product completed by this process has a brighter color, better friction test than DTG, and comparable washable resistance.
